Today, I heard this quote from Robert Frost: "The best way out is always through."

I am triggered by this statement today. The movie was called The Noel Diary. I have had various challenges in my life since 2018. To be exact, there were four challenges. These challenges make me a bit teary-eyed, and I feel a tug in my heart when I remember them. I am not sure why I cry every time.I am not sure why I cry every time. Is it because I am still not over what happened? Is it because of regret or inaction that led to my suffering? Is it because I blamed my supervisors for not helping me all this time? Out of the four, my greatest issue is with the first problem I encountered that happened in 2017 (discovered last year). I won't go into details about what happened. After years of anguish, regrets, and what-ifs, I learned a lot about myself, including that I was always in denial about the things that have happened to me. I appeared strong, but I was deluding myself into thinking I was okay.
I have always been the type of person who would try to resolve issues by myself. Unfortunately, if in the end I couldn’t work my way through them, i just leave them be. I am kind of disappointed in myself for being a coward. Had I tried to take matters into my own hands, I wouldn’t feel this much regret right now. Seeking legal action would somehow give me some peace of mind. But this wouldn’t be feasible for now, considering the state of my finances. I just hope there is still time for me to take action on my issues. So I will not have any regrets anymore. I learned from a quote by Mr. Robin Sharma that the universe rewards the brave. "When we resolve to lift our life to its highest level, the strength of our soul will guide us to a magical place with magnificent treasures."
Thank you.
